Engineering Engineer Department PI has a multidisciplinary engineering department consisting of over 80 engineers and technicians who are involved in the design, testing, safety certifications and qualification of new products, from concept through production. Engineering Department consists of four groups/sections: • Electrical / Electronic design section • Mechanical design section • Production Engineering support section Experience and Capabilities include: • Electrical / Electronic design( analog, digital and high-frequency ) • Software design ( dedicated MCU design ) • Mechanical design • Optical/Laser/Lighting application design • Tooling and Parts design • Production and Testing • Design Configuration Control Engineering Department is fully equipped with modern tools, equipment and facilities, which include: • Specialized software( Pro-E, AutoCAD, UniGraphics, PSPICE ) for design, modeling, analysis and simulation. • Engineering lab for prototype samples and testing including SLAs. • EMC equipment & facilities (shielded rooms) for testing & evaluation • Product lab for safety testing & compliance • Environmental & controlled chambers • Reliability test room • Product life test room with testing banks Pantene’s Engineering Department is noted for development of new and improved products that meet stringent customer and agency requirements, designs that achieve a high standard of reliability, and project completion and implementation in a timely and cost effective manner.
