Since joining Pantene Industrial Co., Ltd. in 2012, Jinwen Guo has devoted 15 years to the company's growth. As an experienced warehousing supervisor, he has witnessed firsthand the evolution of our storage operations from standard compliance to high-precision refinement. Having built his career entirely within this facility, his expertise and dedication—alongside his team—have helped elevate PI’s warehousing standards to the forefront of the industry. Stepping Up to Precision: Making Steady Progress on a Strong Corporate Platform When Supervisor Guo first joined the company, managing complex business operations and a massive volume of materials brought significant pressure. However, backed by the excellent platform provided by the company and with strategic support from leadership, Guo and his team remapped the storage areas based on material characteristics like temperature and humidity. They clearly defined individual responsibilities, gradually establishing a management system centered on traceability and accountability. Guo firmly believes that excellent warehousing relies on the company's robust organizational framework and the unwavering support from the management team. In his view, an outstanding warehousing department must meet a dual standard. First, it requires full-process compliance and standardization, strictly executing ISO standards across every stage—from incoming material inspection and inventory coding to digital tracking via the SAP system. Second, it must balance material preservation with turnover efficiency, ensuring raw material safety and quality while seamlessly matching downstream production needs. "Warehouse operations run from receiving all the way to dispatch. It’s a role with a very low margin for error, where a single misstep can disrupt both production and delivery."Guo notes. Infrastructure Upgrades and Capacity Expansion In 2022, the relocation of the company's factory to Dongguan marked a significant upgrade in warehousing infrastructure. Fragmented storage facilities were replaced by a centralized, 4,000-square-meter standardized warehouse, fully equipped with advanced electric forklifts. Within this modernized facility, our highly experienced team—where 80% of members hold over a decade of expertise—continues to leverage their deep professional strengths to drive daily operations. These amazing improvements are the direct result of years of team expertise combined with the company’s strong foundational resources and consistent investment.
